"This ring is absolutly beautiful! I have wanted a blue diamond ring for a long time now and was finally able to obtain this one thru the auction site. I was in Aww at the beauty when I opened the box and couldn't wait to wear it,nut as soon as i pt the ring on I noticed that there was a diamond missing,Igot my loop to look for further damage and also found that 3 other stones were badly cracked including oneof the top crnter stones which if I did not have a LOOP I would not hane known! Then I was showing the ring to my husband later that dayand another stone fell out in my hand! It was a ceter stone! So imagine if were to have worn this ring,I would have had to deal with stones falling out left and right andwoukd not have been able to return the ring! Theonly reason I was able to return it wasbecause I called them immediately upon recieving it and explaining that I recieved damaged merchadise! This is not the first time I have had problems with stones falling out of the rings that I have purchased,I have also had stones fall out of braclets and earrings as well! It is a shame because the diamonds in this ring are very brilliant and shine nicely, they have beautiful color both in artificial and natural light. The ring itself is stunning and if not for the quality I would highly recommend it,but the cost to replace all the stones falling out is just not worth any price!!"

"I have been looking to purchase a blue diamond ring for awhile now! I did finally purchase a cluster ring, and the cluster was too big for my fingers - returned it. Then I found this ring on the internet, and though it looks very dark blue in the picture, I decided to try it. When I first saw it on arrival, I wasn't too sure about whether I'd like it - this morning I put it on and have truly fallen in love with it. The diamonds, both in the cluster and on the shoulder of the ring, are beautiful and sparkly, the ring is very comfortable to wear, and the cluster is only very slightly larger than the width of the riing itself, so it is by no means overpowering on the finger. If you want a truly pretty ring, I suggest you try this one."

Fast Facts
| Diamond is the hardest known gemstone on earth. |
| In 1477, Archduke Maximillian gave his betrothed a ring set with a diamond as a love token, making it the first recorded diamond engagement ring. |
| Diamond comes from the Greek word “adamas” meaning invincible. |
| Some beautiful purple color garnets will often be found in kimberlite (blue ground) soil samples in diamond rich areas and called diamond indicators. |
As diamonds are formed by nature, most naturally develop minute imperfections known as inclusions. A diamond is considered “clean” if a trained eye cannot see inclusions when viewing the diamond through a color corrected lens at 10 times magnification. |
|
Diamond is crystallized carbon, the only gem composed of a single element. The most popular diamonds are traditionally colorless, but they can also be found in yellow and brown colors. Although much rarer, diamonds known as “fancies” also come in blue, red, pink, green, orange, black, lavender and purple. On Mohs’ scale of hardness, diamond is the world’s hardest substance at 10. It has a high luster and primary sources include South Africa, Namibia, Australia, Botswana, Russia, Zaire, Brazil, Ghana, Angola, Central African Republic and Canada.
