"I ordered 3 of these - trying to match a bracelet I already own. Found one that is perfect and matches beautifully. This ring is almost knuckle to knuckle (think about ordering 1/2 size up) but it is flat - not high and gaudy looking. Am extremely pleased with this purchase !!!
Note: The color of the stone is not blue - it is more on the green side which is great as the bracelet is an older item. If you are looking for a "turquoise" color you may have to order several to get the blue shade you are looking for."

Turquoise is a translucent to opaque gemstone. It exhibits a range of blue and green colors from sky-blue to blue-green to apple-green. On Mohs’ scale of hardness, turquoise is 5-6. Sources include Iran (near Nishapur), Afghanistan, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Israel, Mexico, Tanzania, and the United States.
