"This ring is very beautiful. It is not something you would wear as an everyday piece, very dainty. The stone draws you into it's depths of the deep blue clear water."

"I bought this ring to give to my daughter this Christmas and was happy to see that the London Blue stone is a good deep blue/teal color and a nice size. While the setting is pretty and feminine, I feel that it might be a just a tiny bit on the lightweight side. I realize that the setting can't be too substantial for that price when we talking about white gold, but I feel that it might have been just a tad heavier. Of course, 10KT white gold is fairly strong so it should hold up pretty well as long as it's not worn every day. Also, I want to add that the diamonds aren't all that noticeable so don't buy it if you think you are getting a lot of bling for the buck. They are very tiny and only there to add a little extra interest to the setting. All in all, it's a very pretty ring that's very feminine ... I feel it's a pretty good value for the price and it should make almost any girl/woman happy to have it."

"The stone was very pretty but the setting had stones missing and a few cracked diamonds. This one went back. I re-ordered another style London Blue to replace it."

Fast Facts
| The origin of the name could be from the ancient Topasos Islands near Greece. |
| Topaz can be very costly and rare when they occur naturally in unusual colors. All colors have been a popular choice for jewelry since European royalty started collecting gemstones. |
| Europeans preferred colorless Topaz as a substitute for diamond when those stones were unavailable. The reason was because it was often available in excellent clarity rough and took a beautiful high polish. |
Topaz is the birthstone of December. |
|
Topaz is a gemstone found in vivid colors. Exhibiting a wide range of colors, it appears as yellow, orange, red-brown, light to dark blue, pink-red, red, violet, light green, colorless and in unusual colors such as mystic, ocean, glacier, patriot, canary, champagne, orchid, dawn, teal and kiwi.
