    "I bought 2. Once I received them, I was not impressed. Just this morning, one of the chains broke. I have a lot of 10K gold jewelry and have never had any issues with it. I am not hard on my jewelry and take good care of it. These chains were not of good quality. The only thing that was good about it was the value. I am planning on sending them back for a refund. Sorry. It's not too often that I am disappointed with JTV."
