Colorless, not lavender or pink,

"I really liked the design of this ring, but I returned it because the kunzite stones appeared colorless in any light source. I think that rose gold is the wrong background to use for kunzite, because the orange color of the rose gold actually cancels out any lavender in the kunzite. I would like to see more kunzite set in white gold in order to better see the true color of the stones."

"I bought the ring for my mom's birthday, in October. The ring looked great, but the kunzite stones were to clear. So, I sent it back."

"This was my 2nd Kunzite ring, and Angela had it on on the overnight show when it was first introduced. She really recommended it, and I am so pleased that I took her advise. It was relatively inexpensive for a high quality kunzite, so I was very leary. However, no worry here, it is absolutely beautful, very nice pink color, and the semi mount is absdolutely fabulous, Extremely flattering on the hand. Not too large, yet it holds it's own with any other piece. A wonderful opportunity to purchase a quality piece for a more than reasonable price."

Referred to as the “evening stone,” Kunzite maintains its stunning beauty best when kept out of bright lights and heat.
Well-cut Kunzite explodes with full fire and stunning color intensity.
Kunzite is named after George F. Kunz, a gemologist and gem buyer for Tiffany & Co. who discovered the stone in the early 1900s.
Brazil is the main place Kunzite is mined, but it is also found in United States, Burma, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Madagascar.
