PRETTY, BUT NOT COMPLETE, April 17, 2008

"I really like this ring, but I somehow feel that it's not complete. The moldavite stones are a good color. The bezel setting is well done and the gold content is quite substantial. The fact that it's 10K gold doesn't make a difference at all; it makes the ring more durable. However, I have a problem with the finishing on the sides of the ring. I feel that the smaller moldavite stones should have continued down the shank of the ring. It would have made the ring even more attractive and finished. If the result was paying one or two hundred dollars more, than it would have been worth the price because it's a really pretty, well-designed ring. Nevertheless, this is still a good piece to add to my collection. Thanks, JTV!"

"I love this ring and was waiting for Moldavite in just the right setting and I love bezel settings. I am a historian and think it is just plain cool to own a piece of pre-history that dates 14 to 15 million yrs ago and may originate from outer space. The large stone was very clear with very little bubbles but gotta have at least one! The only thing I would have changed is that the channels on the side I would have preferred them being filled or closed in up to the small side stone, but I may add stones."

"The stone in this ring is wonderful and I like the design and style, however what I do not like is the 10k gold. I have a few large Moldavite Gems so I felt OK with sending this one back."
