"I bought these for presents. The rings were lovely and sparkly. I may buy one for myself another day, as they are nice stacking rings, and pretty solitaire bands."

"Waited patiently for the rings to arrive, but what a disappointment, one of the rings is cloudy and white and not very good quality. The other one is kind of uneven, but the diamonds are very sparkly and clear. I will probably keep that one, but send the other one back for a replacement."

"My fiance' purchased item #ARD025 for me for my engagement ring- I'd never had champagne diamonds before & when it arrived- I was stunned! It is gorgeous! The diamonds are almost the same color as the gold! SO WHEN I SAW THIS RING- I had to order TWO as ring guards (Wedding Bands) for my engagement ring. I placed my order before I read the reviews from others; I quickly called JTV customer service & begged to have a note placed on the order; for someone to PLEASE take the time to match them to each other. (since apparently champagnes aren't one color) To my dismay- when I received the rings the were on opposite sides of the scale; one looks "white" & the other looks "chocolate"- I'm going to try sending the "white" one back, (it dosen't do anything to "enhance" my engagement ring) & pray that I'm sent another "dark" one to match the one I'll hold on to- but if it dosen't; they'll both have to go back. Sorry, JTV."

Fast Facts
| Diamond is the hardest known gemstone on earth. |
| In 1477, Archduke Maximillian gave his betrothed a ring set with a diamond as a love token, making it the first recorded diamond engagement ring. |
| Diamond comes from the Greek word “adamas” meaning invincible. |
| Some beautiful purple color garnets will often be found in kimberlite (blue ground) soil samples in diamond rich areas and called diamond indicators. |
As diamonds are formed by nature, most naturally develop minute imperfections known as inclusions. A diamond is considered “clean” if a trained eye cannot see inclusions when viewing the diamond through a color corrected lens at 10 times magnification. |
|
Diamond is crystallized carbon, the only gem composed of a single element. The most popular diamonds are traditionally colorless, but they can also be found in yellow and brown colors. Although much rarer, diamonds known as “fancies” also come in blue, red, pink, green, orange, black, lavender and purple. On Mohs’ scale of hardness, diamond is the world’s hardest substance at 10. It has a high luster and primary sources include South Africa, Namibia, Australia, Botswana, Russia, Zaire, Brazil, Ghana, Angola, Central African Republic and Canada.
