"I can not give a totally bad review, because when I called and spoke to cusomer service to tell them the prongs were not of equal size the stated they would send me a prepaid return label and then resend a new casting. The casting itself is very pretty and worth the price. Sometimes little things happen, but JTV made it okay and that is an important point when purchasing items from tv.

"I bought this about 2 weeks ago and put a stone in it the same day that i put the stone in the setting i was at the local mall and was looking at the Jewelry store and the lady asked me "Are you looking for a stone to put in that ring?" to my suprise the stone was missing. I dont know but i think that i should get my money back for this one."
