"The ring was purchased as a pre-engagement ring and when it arrived, there was a stone missing. The ring was beautiful, but now, we could not use it for the intended purpose. Really put a damper on things. We have requested a replacement, but since this is our first purchase, it really makes me wonder about the quality of the construction and workmanship. Hopefully, it was just one in a million incident."

"I was looking for this particular style of ring for my mother's birthday and, even though the online photo wasn't too clear, I took a chance and ordered it.
