"Unfortunately, I would not be able to give the item a fair rating, as the pearl was damaged, although the color of the pearl was beautiful and the look of the ring is very feminine. If the pearl had not been damaged and knicked, I would have given all ratings a 5."

"This ring is pretty and I think the bow tie and ribbon accents are adorable on the sides of the pearl. Now regarding the main feature of this ring, the Tahitian Pearl, I'm not enthralled with. I can see noticeable blemishes in the pearl and the color is more of a dark jade green, which is pretty, but not what I expect from a Tahitian Pearl and it also sits really high on the hand. The 14 kt. white gold is very shiny and of excellent quality. The diamonds on the side are white, yet milky. I haven't made my final decision whether or not I'm going to keep this ring. Although this ring is "cute," I might try another ring that is a little less plain looking and of better quality."

Primary sources of Sea Pearls include Persian Gulf; Gulf of Manaar; along the coasts of Madagascar, Burma (Myanmar), and the Philippines; many islands in the South Pacific, northern Australia; and the coastal lines of Central and northern South America; and some small beds in Japan. Primary sources of freshwater Pearls include United States, some in Europe (restricted in Central Europe).
