    "I've seldom had to write a bad review for JTV, but this was so light and hollow that when the clasp and the heart charm hit each other they sounded like hollow gold coloured plastic. I didn't even bother putting this one on, just put it back in the box to return. I realize the price was low, and I should have known because of that, but it really was not worth the trouble and anticipation. I did love the great clasp though ... a great idea for much too light/hollow bracelet."
