      "What the heck do I do next? Just a little guidance would be SO helpful for the beginner. I will experiment on some gems from the parcels but realized I'd be reluctant to try it on an expensive gem for my ring. JTV, please include a brief instruction sheet with these pliers, it would not only make your product more desirable, but would make a lot of us newbies VERY happy!"
