Tips on contacting Customer Care?

How do I set up an account? (New Customers)

  1. If you are new to Jewelry Television®, follow these instructions. If you have purchased from our television programs but have never registered with the Jewelry Television® website, follow the next set of instructions.

  2. Go to the My Account page. Look under the “New Customer” section and click on the “Create Account,” button.

  3. Complete the form on the registration page. All spaces with red dots are required for registration. Please note, the option to receive the free Jewelry Television® newsletter is already checked. If you do not want to receive this free newsletter, please click in box to remove check.

  4. Once the registration is completed, click on the “Next” button at bottom of page. Now you can review your information and make changes to a specific category by selecting the “Edit” button in that section.

  5. If you plan to participate in auctions, this would be a good time to enter a credit card under “Billing Information.”

  6. If you make any changes, please select the “Update” button when finished. Now you can shop the site using top or side navigation, or you can choose to “Logout.”

Note: If you need to talk with a Customer Care Representative, please call (800) 550-8393. So that we may assist you better, please have your Order Number and/or Customer ID readily available when you contact us.
