Why is Jewelry Television® programming only available at certain times?
Jewelry Television® broadcasts programming 24 hours a day through DISH network and DIRECTV. We also have affiliates through cable television and broadcast stations. With each affiliate, Jewelry Television® must negotiate for programming time. As a result, some stations may broadcast Jewelry Television® continuously and others during set times.
If you would like to watch Jewelry Television® when it is not available on your local station, contact your local station and request that they air Jewelry Television® full time.

Can I contact a favorite show host?
Yes. Simply visit the Show Host section on the Jewelry Television® web site. In the Show Host section, you can learn about the background of each show host and send them an email.
How do I use the live viewer?
Watching Jewelry Television® programming on our web site is easy with our new and improved television viewer. To view live programming, simply follow these steps:
- First, visit the Airing Now section.
- In the upper left hand corner, you will notice the words “Watch us Live!” Select this link to open the television viewer window. Please note: If this is your first time on the web, select a link by simply moving your cursor over the link and clicking the left hand button on your mouse.
- The live viewer window will open in a seperate window broadcasting Jewelry Television® programming.
- You’ll notice a smaller window to the right of the viewer. When available, this window contains a picture of the current product on display with specific product information such as material, type, stone size and price.
- Beneath the product description, you will notice a list of recently displayed products. To learn more about any one of these products, scroll your mouse over the specific product and click on it. The window beneath the viewer will display product and ordering information.
- Once you find a product you would like to purchase, select the proper size (when applicable), then select “Add to Cart.” At this point, a seperate window will open to your cart where you can Update Quantities, Continue Shopping, or Proceed to Checkout.
- If you want to browse for more products, select “Continue Shopping.” And select “Add to Cart” anytime you see a product you would like to purchase.
- When you are ready to complete your order, you can access your cart by selecting “Cart” at the top of the page.
- If you want to change the quantity of a specific product, enter the desired number of items in the Quantity box beside the product description and price, then select Update Quantities. The Cart subtotal beneath product descriptions will adjust with your new quantities.
- When you are ready to complete the order, select “Proceed to Checkout.”
- If you are a new customer, the site will now guide you through the step-by-step process of setting up a new account. Once your account is setup, you can select shipping method, enter coupons, verify mailing address, review and confirm order and then enter payment.
- Jewelry Television® will send you a confirmation email of your order.
