How do I know when my order will arrive?

When you place an order with Jewelry Television®, the product normally delivers within 10 to 14 business days. If you select expedited shipping, you should receive your order within five business days. If you select express shipping, you should receive your order within three business days.
How long does it take to reship an item?

Once we receive a returned item for exchange, please allow 10 to 14 business days to complete a reshipment.
Can I have an item shipped to another address?

You may have your order shipped to an alternative address. During the ordering process, you will have the opportunity to create and name multiple shipping locations, such as "home," "work," "Mom's," etc.

Why didn't my whole order arrive at the same time?

At Jewelry Television®, we ship each item as soon as it is fulfilled and packaged. This speeds delivery time, so our customers can enjoy their purchases sooner.
This also means that all items are shipped individually. So, if an order contains multiple items, they may ship at different times. This process allows us to maintain our low prices while expediting delivery times.
You will receive an email notification for each item number as it ships.
Part of my order is missing. What should I do?

Jewelry Television® ships each item individually in order to maintain “real time” shipping procedures. Each item is shipped as soon as it is fulfilled and packaged. Thus, none of your items are held up while waiting for a remaining portion of your order.
