1. What information do we collect online?
   How do we use it?
   
   a)Information you provide to us. Email. When you subscribe to Jewelry Television™ emails, you only have to provide your email address. If you should choose to purchase products, you will be required to register on the site (see Merchandise Orders.)
   
   Merchandise Orders. When you first place an order on our site, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information by filling out and submitting an online customer profile form. This information includes your name, mailing address, credit card billing address(es), shipping address(es), email address, telephone number, a password, credit card security code (will be requested at point of sale but will not be retained for our records), your credit card number and expiration date. We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order by email. When you return to the site and place another order, if you use your password or provide other personally identifiable information, we use this information to provide you with access to your customer and order information. We save the addresss(es) you provide for shipment, and when you place an order, we provide the address(es) to you as a selectable list for your convenience. We also ask you for personally identifiable information about other people to whom you are sending gifts. Jewelry Television™ uses this information only to ship your gifts, and, if you request it, to send each gift recipient an email notification of the gift.
   
   Our site users can choose to electronically forward an item link to someone else by clicking “tell a friend.” The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient. This information is used only in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let the recipient know who sent the email. The information is not used for any other purpose.
   
   Contests. When you enter a Jewelry Television™ contest, sweepstakes, or other promotional event, we collect information to administer the program and notify the winners. Through our checkout procedure, Jewelry Television™ gives you the option to receive email notification on new features, specials and services. 1. Usage of the JewelryTelevision.com Website. Usage of the JewelryTelevision.com website is restricted to individuals age 18 or over who have the capacity to form a valid and binding contract under applicable law. 6. Auctions. JewelryTelevision.com currently conducts numerous types of auctions including, without limitation, reserve auctions, no-reserve auctions and “Dutch” auctions. 7. Bidding and Buying in JewelryTelevision.com Auctions. You acknowledge that you are legally obligated to complete any and all auction transactions in which you “win” by being the high bidder and provided that any reserve price has been met. Bids are not cancelable or retractable except in extraordinary and exceptional circumstances such as when an error or omission has been made in the description of an item.
   
   Any failure to complete an auction transaction on your part may result in your being denied usage and access to the website in addition to any other remedies available at law or equity.

Jewelry Television™ makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the website and the products and services offered therein or any linked site or its content, including the availability of any site or the content, information and materials on it or the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that content, information and materials. Jewelry Television™ also does not warrant or represent that your access to or use of the website or any linked site will be uninterrupted or free of errors or omissions, that defects will be corrected, or that the JewelryTelevision.com site or any linked site is free of computer viruses or other harmful components.
